Peat Whisky – true to the origins of Scottish Whisky, has a distinct smoky quality which holds itself to the tradition that peat was used to fire kilns.

Ingredients
KTea Pekoe
Scotch with peat notes
Sweet Vermouth
Method
Add a single measure of a slightly peat flavoured Scotch to a glass filled with ice.
Add a dash of sweet Vermouth and a slice of orange.
Top with KTea Pekoe
