
‘Mulled” Booch (AF)
A warming, alcohol-free drink to enjoy by the fire.
Ingredients
KTea Africa or Ginger Hops
Local Apple Juice
Mulling spices (cinnamon, cloves, star anise, allspice,
orange peel)
Method
Warm the apple juice gently with the mulling spices until aromatic. Fill a mug halfway with the warm spiced apple juice.
Top with KTea Africa or Ginger Hops and stir gently.
Note: Do not heat the kombucha itself if you wish to preserve its live bacteria and beneficial cultures.
