DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING RATES:
Guernsey and Jersey : FREE for a case of 12 bottles. It is normally a 1-2 day delivery from when you order.
Beyond Guernsey and Jersey : If you live outside Guernsey and Jersey please follow this link to our mainland UK website.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER REACH YOU?
We deliver within 2 – 3 days. No weekend deliveries unless by prior arrangement.
SAFE PLACE/DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the delivery. We can deliver to places of work if you request it at the time of order. Please do tell us a safe place to leave your order if you are out. (Please ensure that the safe place is cool and out of direct sunlight) Make sure you complete the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS box at checkout).
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
WHERE’S YOUR ORDER?
If your order does not arrive within 3 days of dispatch, please contact us by email sales@ktea.gg. We understand that a missing, damaged or delayed shipment can be frustrating. In these circumstances we will do our best to send replacements or offer refunds for damaged goods ASAP.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will issue a refund if you change your mind and our product has not yet been dispatched to you. Please contact us by email at sales@ktea.gg by 9am on the day of dispatch to cancel your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As kombucha is a perishable food item we don’t as a rule offer returns or exchanges. If you believe the item to be faulty please contact us by email at sales@ktea.gg.
Please make sure that the KTea Kombucha is stored in a chilled environment. Never leave it for a long period in a warm atmosphere – it is a live product and will continue to ferment, building up pressure in the bottle which may cause the top to pop off.
